White sea pottery with a blue floral pattern is beautifully embraced with distressed and oxidized fine silver. I found this sea pottery on a beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico and t was worn smooth only by the waters of the Caribbean. I bezel set it with fine silver ( pure silver ) that I distressed to give it some soul. I did the rest of the silverwork with Argentium silver which is superior to and purer than traditional sterling silver. I oxidized the silver to create a dark finish and to make this pendant look like it emerged from antiquity. The sea pottery is 1" L x 7/8" W. The entire pendant is 1&3/8" L. Authentic sea pottery.
