A beautifully sea worn flame auger seashell points to the earth as it hangs beneath aquamarine, teal and bright turquoise blue sea glass and a spiraling element. I found the flame auger, empty and abandoned by it's animal, and the sea glass on the beaches of Rincon, Puerto Rico. The sea glass has a nirvanic beauty and looks like magical sea pebbles. I did all of the silverwork with Argentium silver which is superior to and purer than traditional sterling silver. I made the spiral charm by hand with thick gauge Argentium silver wire. It celebrates the motion of the sea, the cosmos and the full moon setting into the Caribbean Sea. After forming the spiral I fused it to give it a more solid feel. I oxidized the silver to bring out the details in the silverwork. This pendant has an ancient soul and looks to have emerged from an ancient paradise. A true statement necklace for the modern day sea goddess. The seashell is 2&3/4" L x 1/2" W. The sea glass ranges in size from 10mm L to 12mm L and 2mm W to 5mm W. The beach found tile is is 7/8" L x 7/8" W. The spiral is 1&3/8" L x 1" W. The entire pendant is 6" L and hangs 6" from the chain. Comes on a matching oxidized 18" 1.9mm Argentium silver rope chain.
