Dreamy cornflower blue sea glass from the tropics is as sublime as the Caribbean twilight sky as it suspends from a sterling silver bale. This pieces of sea glass looks to have come from the bottom of a bottle. I found the sea glass while wandering the beaches of Rincon, Puerto Rico and it was worn smooth only by the warm tropical surf of the Caribbean. This simple and organic pendant style allows for the beauty of the sea glass to speak for itself. I made the bale with sterling silver wire and worked the wire in a way to look as if it had been tangled in the surf. The sea glass is 7/8" L x 5/8" W. The entire pendant length is 1&1/4".

About The Sea Glass
Rare Sea Glass
Cornflower blue sea glass is coveted by sea glass collectors and is even rarer than cobalt blue sea glass! Possible sources are old Phillips bottles that pre-date the iconic cobalt blue Phillips bottles.
