About The Sea Glass

The sea glass in these earrings was collected on a beach in England near the site of a now vanished Victorian era glass factory which discarded scraps of glass into the North Sea.

Handmade Chain & Clasp

The chain, clasp and spirals in this necklace were handmade here in our studio with sterling silver wire using ancient solderless wire working techniques. The chain is very durable and is made with thick gauge sterling silver wire. This type of wire working is a jewelry artfrom unto itself and results in jewelry that has an ancient and rustic look and feel.

Spirals

The spiral is one of the oldest designs created by mankind and has been used since megalithic times across cultures and continents in various types of artwork to symbolize the eternal. Spirals appear in nature in seashells, the oceans tides, winds, plants and galaxies. This beautiful form is truly ageless.
