- All orders are shipped within two business days. We ship through the USPS and UPS. You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. We cannot ship to international locations.
- Free Shipping Method - We offer free Priority Mail Shipping through the USPS for all orders that are $50.00 and over. If your order is $50.00 or over our shopping cart will automatically present you with a free Priority Mail shipping option which you may then select.
- Returns & Exchanges
- If for any reason your purchase of sea glass jewelry or sea glass does not meet your expectations then please return it for a refund or exchange within sixty days of the purchase date. We have a no questions asked return/exchange policy. You will not be asked to provide an RMA or to fill out any forms.
- We do ask you to contact us first before sending a return so that we can provide you with shipping instructions. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend that you ship your return using an insured and trackable method for your own protection. Sea glass jewelry and loose sea glass must be returned to us unaltered and undamaged to be eligible for a return or exchange. Loose sea glass must be returned to us in complete lots. Packages shipped C.O.D. to Out Of The Blue Seaglass Jewelry will not be accepted.
- Please note that books and note cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you receive these items damaged please notify us within twenty four hours and we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we have received the item we will issue you a full refund including all shipping costs.

- Personal check or money order - To pay with a personal check or money order simply check out as usual. You will be presented with the option to pay with a personal check or money order during checkout. Information on filling out the check or money order and a mailing address will be provided to you in the shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. Your order will be held by us until your check or money order clears our bank account. We must receive your check or money order within ten business days of the order date.

- We are happy to provide you with complimentary gift wrapping services & a complimentary note card. Our gift wrapping papers were made and printed in the USA. They are made with 100% post consumer paper and are printed with environmentally friendly soy based inks. The note card is a sea glass themed note card by Christeena Hockin–Minopetros.
- On each product page you are presented with a free gift wrapping option which you must select before adding the item to your shopping cart. - All sea glass offered for sale by Out Of The Blue Seaglass Jewelry whether in a piece of jewelry or free standing is 100% genuine sea glass. All of our sea glass was collected on a beach and was worn smooth only by the sea. Under no circumstance has it ever been cut to fit a setting, chemically etched or placed in a tumbler. Other than a drill hole the sea glass comes to you as found on the beach. Out Of The Blue Seaglass Jewelry has never and will never be involved with creating or selling faux sea glass which we consider to be craft glass that has no relation to sea glass whatsoever.
- We have been fortunate to have lived in Puerto Rico for fifteen years where we were able to collect enough sea glass from the beach to build a business with. Since our first year Out Of the Blue Seaglass Jewelry has been a prolific producer of sea glass jewelry. For instance we have been able to match hundreds of pairs of blue sea glass earrings a year since the very beginning. If we had not been able to collect enough sea glass to start or sustain a business with Out Of The Blue Seaglass Jewelry never would have happened as creating faux sea glass has always been out of the question.
- This is not just a business for us. It is a lifestyle and a passion. We have a vast collection of sea glass which will supply our business for many years to come. If we were ever to run out of sea glass or were to stop collecting we would do something else. Sea glass has taught us is to live fully in the moment, to have faith in our creativity and innovation, and to never expect anything from the wild untamed sea.
