Deep Green Sea Glass Pendant
A thick and frosty piece of English sea glass with all kinds of shifts in green coloring. This wonderful sea glass was worn smooth by the North Sea. How did it get into the North Sea? During Victorian times workers in a coastal English glass factory would mix up left over molten glass at the end of the day and make items for themselves then toss the remaining scraps into the North Sea. So this type of glass is called end-of-day glass.
The sides of this sea glass are fascinating as they feature striations of green colors. I designed this pendant so that all sides can be seen and enjoyed. This piece is reversible so either side can be worn as the front. Both sides of this pendant are finished with a sea spiral.
