- Orders ship within 48 hours. We ship through the USPS and UPS. We ship every day Monday-Saturday via the USPS. We ship via UPS Monday-Friday. We cannot ship to international locations. We do our best to process and ship your orders quickly and strive to ship within 24 hours. Yes - that means we ship on Saturdays too! We are confident that we offer you the very best in terms of reliable order processing and shipping services. If we hit a glitch we will let you know promptly. We have traditionally implemented free and discounted Priority Mail shipping and plan to always continue to have these great rates in place.
- Priority Mail Flat Rate Discount Shipping - Orders $64.00 and under qualify for discounted flat $3.00 Priority Mail shipping.
- Free Shipping Method - All orders $65.00 and over qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping. Our shopping cart will automatically present you with a free Priority Mail shipping option at checkout if your order is $65.00 or more.
- Returns & Exchanges
- We are honored that returns are rare at Out Of the Blue Seaglass Jewelry and we pride ourselves on a hassle free process. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations then please return it for a refund or exchange within sixty days of the purchase date - no questions asked! You will not be asked to provide an RMA or to fill out any forms or even provide us with the invoice. Our business is small and intimate and we can easily access the details of your transactions. Items must be returned to us unaltered and undamaged to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- We do ask you to contact us first before sending a return so that we can provide you with shipping instructions. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend that you ship your return using an insured and trackable method for your own protection. Merchandise must be returned to us unaltered and undamaged to be eligible for a return or exchange. Packages shipped C.O.D. to Out Of The Blue Seaglass Jewelry will not be accepted.

The technology we use protects your sensitive credit card information and it also allows us to process your order quickly. During checkout your credit card is processed securely and instantly. Because we do not process your credit card number in our studio hours after you place your order we are able to ship quickly.
- Personal Check Or Money Order - To pay with a personal check or money order simply check out as usual. You will be presented with the option to pay with a personal check or money order during checkout. Information on filling out the check or money order and a mailing address will be provided to you in the shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. Your order will be held by us until your check or money order clears our bank account. We must receive your check or money order within ten business days of the order date.

- All sea glass offered for sale by Out Of The Blue Seaglass Jewelry whether in a piece of jewelry or free standing is 100% genuine sea glass. All of our sea glass was collected on a beach and was worn smooth only by the sea. Under no circumstance has it ever been cut to fit a setting, chemically etched or placed in a tumbler. Other than a drill hole the sea glass comes to you as found on the beach. Out Of The Blue Seaglass Jewelry has never and will never be involved with creating or selling imitation sea glass which we consider to be craft glass that has no relation to sea glass whatsoever. If glass was not worn smooth only the natural forces of the sea then it is not sea glass, seaglass, beach glass or beach glass it is craft glass.
- We have been fortunate to have lived in Puerto Rico for fifteen years where we were able to collect enough sea glass from the beach to build a business with. Since our first year Out Of the Blue Seaglass Jewelry has been a prolific producer of sea glass jewelry. For instance we have been able to match hundreds of pairs of blue sea glass earrings a year since the very beginning. If we had not been able to collect enough sea glass to start or sustain a business with Out Of The Blue Seaglass Jewelry never would have happened as creating imitation sea glass has always been out of the question.
- This is not just a business for us. It is a lifestyle and a passion. We have a vast collection of sea glass which will supply our business for many years to come. If we were ever to run out of sea glass or were to stop collecting we would do something else. Sea glass has taught us is to live fully in the moment, to have faith in our creativity and innovation, and to never expect anything from the wild untamed sea.
